I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, home care/hospice, and outpatient oncology. I have experience working with teens and adults looking to better manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress. I also enjoy working with caregivers, cancer patients, college students, young professionals, & women with perinatal concerns.
I know each person is unique, and I am flexible in my therapeutic style. I incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
