My goal is to foster a sense of safety for clients to speak openly about who they are and how they feel. I am interested in the way our lives and relationships are touched by our past experiences, our fears, and our desires. I provide individual psychotherapy, couple’s, and solution focused treatment. My style is direct, warm, and (dare I say) funny. I draw from clinical training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family systems theory.
While I believe people are multidimensional and more than a particular label, I have developed expertise in anxiety, depression, addiction/recovery, ADHD/LD, relationships (including polyamory), sexuality, identity, stigma, parenting concerns, conflicts between business partners, trauma and resilience, divorce/blended families, and creativity/work goals.
