I aim to provide relationally-based psychotherapy through effective interventions that honor the context of each client. My work has focused on individuals and relationships and the healing of trauma through relationally-based, trauma-informed therapy.
I have been involved in Christian churches and their ministries for over 30 years which gives me a unique understanding of Christian expectations, values, pressures, and what it is like to work behind the scenes in a church setting.
I know coming into therapy can be overwhelming and potentially intimidating. I aim to make each client feel seen and heard. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if I fit you and your unique needs.
