I approach therapy in a collaborative manner and believe everyone has within them the tools needed to heal. My role is to help you discover what your unique tools are. My psychotherapy approach is eclectic and nonjudgmental in order to meet the diverse needs of the clients I work with.
From my experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, I understand therapy can be both challenging and rewarding.
