I am a licensed counseling psychologist. I've completed additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the Mind-Body Connection, and treatments for trauma. I focus on providing a warm and safe place for my clients to process their experiences, learn therapeutic interventions for coping, and better regulate and understand their emotions. I value teaching clients skills and understanding patterns to their behavior in hopes of increasing resiliency. I utilize strategies within the session to improve clients’ well-being and offer suggestions for what to do outside of therapy to help clients reach their goals.

I work with adults presenting with anxiety, stress, trauma, career/work meaning issues, emotion regulation concerns, and/or relationship difficulties. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure for Trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma and EMDR.

I know it can be difficult to reach out to a therapist, especially for the first time. I try to make the process as comfortable as possible. During the first session, I am happy to explain what you can expect out of therapy! Each client is different, and I want you to feel as though your needs are being met.
