I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in individual therapy. I have been an independently licensed psychologist for 14 years and have worked with clients for 21 years. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety and panic disorder, depression, life transitions, sleep difficulties, and relationship issues.
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions. Together we will develop specific therapy goals and a treatment plan that accounts for your individual needs and preferences. I use research-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you achieve the most benefit from therapy.
All sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted telehealth platform. Telehealth has been shown to be as effective as face-to-face psychotherapy in research studies and has the benefits of optimal privacy and convenience.
