I have a special interest in anxiety and trauma offering a wide variety of evidence-based interventions including EMDR, EFT (tapping), ACT (mindfulness), sand tray therapy and storytelling. My approach is warm and relaxed, providing a nonjudgmental space for tweens, teens, young adults and families experiencing various life challenges and transitions.
