I work with adults who are struggling with a sudden or anticipated loss or death of a loved one that has left them reeling, feeling alone, misunderstood, and confused within their grieving process. Clients struggling through grief need to be heard, not judged. I will meet you wherever you are within your grieving process. Through our work together, you can get to a place of integrating the pain and the love you feel for your lost loved one. You can also live again.

As a Certified Grief Educator with specialized training from grief expert, David Kessler, utilizing CBT therapy, I will assist you in navigating through your unique grieving process with a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you wherever you are in your grief with humility and grace. There is no wrong way to grieve.

Through our work together, you will be able to process these big, often overwhelming emotions related to your loss and find healthy ways to move forward in your life while, at the same time, honoring and integrating the memory and love of your loved one into your daily life.
