I have experience and expertise working with clients who experience symptoms related to complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and nuerodiversity. I am also interested and comfortable working with clients striving to better understand their own identity, experiences, or improve their relationships to both self and others.
Therapeutic models and techniques I am trained in and utilize include EMDR, Ketamine Assisted and Integrative Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused, experiential, Internal Family Systems, observational, and somatic experiencing.
