Reaching out for assistance in any situation can be incredibly difficult. I believe we all have the ability to step into our personal power, utilize our strengths, and obtain tools to support our growth and ability to manage life difficulties, including mental health struggles. Sometimes we need someone there to help recognize our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that can create ongoing struggle, blocks to progress, and conflict in our interpersonal relationships. As someone who has experienced anxiety and trauma on a personal level, I provide understanding, empathy, and compassion to all with whom I work with.
I assist you with understanding how situations, relationships, and other historical events shape your experiences today, and move forward by assisting you with strategies to manage these thoughts, emotional, and behavioral response patterns that we often continue to engage in unconsciously, to create meaningful changes.
You will find a safe, nonjudgmental, empathetic space to process through your needs, while building a stronger foundation of coping skills, self-confidence, self-care, and compassion for yourself. I currently have a full caseload. I offer a Women's ADHD group as well as Reiki sessions on the first Saturday of each month (not covered by insurance).
