I work with adolescents and adults on issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, difficult relationships, or those who seem to feel emotionally stuck. Though my therapeutic style is primarily insight-oriented, I have extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and mindfulness practices to support your ability to thrive.
