Hi! I have been in the mental health field since 2004 and have worked both in private practice and with a variety of agencies. I specialize in working with clients who are seeking therapy with life transitions, anxiety, depression, cancer, and trauma. I believe that having a set of tools that will help you with your concerns today and for the future is important. I am a Christian and am happy to incorporate faith into our work as you desire.
I work with clients who are motivated to make changes in your life. In addition to talking and working through your challenges; we will also create measurable goals for you to work on in between our sessions. This helps you progress quicker and experience longer lasting growth.
I've worked with a wide variety of individuals. As someone who has served in the military I really enjoy working with veterans and service members. I also enjoy working with individuals who are looking for assistance in navigating through various life transitions and finding balance.
