I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a focus in anxiety treatment. I specialize in working with women and female teens 17 and older struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, school, relational and family issues. My background consists of counseling with women, children, college students, and teens, along with over 13 ongoing years of experience as a School Counselor. Life can and will bring about some very difficult challenges...challenges we are not always prepared for. I believe in the process of therapy and would be honored to walk alongside you as you take your next steps.
I offer Biblical-based Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and interactive engaging sessions. My desire is to help equip women and female teens with the tools necessary to latch onto resolution, change and hope.
