My approach to counselling is both integrative, and somatic focused. I am experienced at working with clients dealing with mood disorders, life transitions and trauma. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to guide clients toward peace and wellness. I am an EMDR Consultant and utilize guided meditation, guided imagery and visualization.
