I serve people who are seeking to heal the ways that trauma has impacted their partnering, parenting, and professionalism. I work with clients to break generational and systemic trauma impacts, to teach what is "normal" in healthy relationships, how to not overreact, and how to stop being "numb" or "overly emotional" so that clients can learn to enjoy life (and believe they are worth having a good life).

I teach clients HOW their trauma has impacted their brain development, decision-making, and expression of emotions; and then we practice changing the beliefs and behaviors that have clients feeling stuck. I am certified in EMDR and utilize different therapy approaches (Narrative, Somatic, Gestalt, Existential, REBT) to help clients heal.

I am constantly growing my understanding of how trauma impacts diverse folx including attachment, codependency, parenting, anger and blame, "checking out", lack of motivation, low self-esteem, and more. The more clients know about WHY they act/feel a certain way, the more power and control they can reclaim.
