My ideal client is someone eager to make change and grow. They need help with learning new ways of thinking and new tools to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, grief, difficulties in relationships and life transitions. They want to be able to thrive in life and no longer be hindered by beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. I provide a non-judgmental space to explore values, identity and possibilities.
I use an integrative approach which leverages the best interventions from a variety of philosophical approaches including CBT, CPT, and Solution Focused Therapy. I aim to teach my clients what they need to know to disrupt ineffective interactional patterns and core beliefs that undermine self-esteem to become the person they were always meant to be.
It's important to remember that progress is not always linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the healing process. Please know that it's okay to feel vulnerable, and I am here to offer you compassion, understanding, and encouragement during both the highs and lows.
