Hope is a powerful tool. Research has shown that progress and healing can be made when someone has it. I have experienced these things and chose to further my education to know how to pay it forward to others seeking relief. Even the most extreme circumstances can be neutralized through therapy.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in trauma-informed systemic therapy. I am trained to treat individuals, couples, and families. I have advanced training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and working towards certification.
