I believe that each client has the capacity for change and have their own unique strengths. I specialize working with individuals who've experienced trauma, attachment issues, perinatal issues (fertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, & postpartum), anxiety, and/or depression. I am trained in EMDR, which can be beneficial for addressing trauma and anxiety.
