Recognizing and coping with signs depression or anxiety can feel like an uphill battle for many people. Talking to friends and family can get old really quickly, and it's important to know when it's time to reach out to a professional. I am a genuinely compassionate, empathic and understanding therapist who will give you the support you need to help you get to a better place emotionally and psychologically. I provide my clients guidance to develop healthier thinking patterns, improved interpersonal relationships, and a higher level of self-awareness that is beneficial to getting emotionally stronger, and maintaining that strength.
When faced with life challenges such as abuse, illness, divorce, childhood trauma, or loss, many questions arise with few answers. I give my clients as soon as the first session practical advice that will give them self-empowerment and direction to get through difficulty, and begin living life with more focus, clarity, vision, and hope.
