I have an integrative approach and draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, ERP, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapy to assist you with your goals. I use authenticity, open dialogue, values exploration, mindfulness, and transparency to build a trusting relationship. I will also take into account any preferences you may have.
