I want to help you feel better. I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to be seen and heard to become the person you aspire to be. I help center you and free up parts that trouble you or cause you to feel stuck. Some of the areas I can help you with are anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, identity, adoption, spirituality, and transitions. Using a holistic view and tailoring my approach based on your needs, I begin by helping you clarify your goals and dreams and then facilitate your way forward as you access your strengths.
I can also help you tune into and process what your body knows to regulate energy held by trauma. I have successfully treated a wide range of people, having worked in a level 1 trauma hospital, mental health clinics, and schools. I wrote an article about social work practice which has been frequently cited and used in educational settings.
I care about social and racial justice and feel that access to therapy should be available to all. I work collaboratively and without judgment. I consider it a privilege to help you make the most of your life.
