When experiencing heightened emotions, it can be challenging to complete daily tasks, find joy in relationships or just feel like yourself. Often when one person in a family is struggling the entire family is impacted. I work with individuals and families struggling with connection, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship and family concerns. I specialize in working with families, parents and individual adults to build strong relationships and help families tackle the tasks and goals asked of them every day.
I work with individuals and families to better understand their relationships and behaviors, both past and present. By doing so, we can improve the way we interact with the people and world around us for a more positive and healthier experience.
I strongly believe parents are the experts of their children and having three young children of my own, I can empathize and appreciate the challenges parents face today.
