Negative ideas not only put us in a bad mood, but can leave us feeling helpless & defeated. It can often make small problems seem bigger & even create problems where none existed before. Money, relationships, and the "finer things" in life can only bring temporary fulfillment, but what you will learn in therapy will help support LASTING effects like peace, empowerment, & healing.
As a LMHC who was born & raised in SWFL, I will do my best to make you feel right at home in my office. I have a special place in my heart for the new mamas & school/college-aged clients due to my background as a college athlete, classroom teacher & coach. My holistic approach incorporates aspects of physical activity, nutrition, & faith-based principles.
I understand that there are some forms of trauma or life events that can change us FOREVER. Shoutout to the new parents- you are the real MVP. NOW, we will have to find what works for you, your teen, parent, or loved one...so that you can live & COPE with what is now going to be your NEW normal.
