I view my role as an ally and witness to your journey. I frequently work with individuals or families dealing with difficult transitions or relational issues. It is my goal to help you, your child, and/or your family function to your highest potential and live your happiest lives.
I work with all ages of individuals and families using Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based therapy techniques. Expressive therapies such as art, play, and sand tray provide developmentally appropriate ways for children to communicate. I have a great fondness for working with teens, young adults, and issues around parenting, anxiety, and depression.
