I have a master’s degree in social work from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, also from NYU. My therapeutic approach is holistic and eclectic, combining modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based, and more. Treatment is tailored to best fit each client’s individual needs.
