First of all, I want to let you I truly admire your courage to seek therapy because I know how hard it is to ask a stranger online for help with personal issues. Also because I was once in your position, I can tell you that it was one of the most life-changing decisions I have made. I was so glad for the help I received. From my personal journey, experiences and training with therapy, my belief for my work with the clients is this; I will never take my client to places that I am not willing to go.
