Welcome to my practice. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and help adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress and life transitions, as well as those who are simply interested in self-exploration. No matter what brings you to pursue support at this time, I prioritize establishing a trusting, safe and respectful space in session and strive to help you get out of therapy whatever it is you are seeking from the experience.
My approach is individualized, thoughtful, non-judgmental and compassionate. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, believing that each person’s life story affects his or her present experience, while also integrating other approaches (CBT, humanistic, relational therapy, family systems), according to your particular needs.
