Pricing options for sessions are $65 per session, $175 weekly OR $600 monthly. Clients are responsible for purchasing Neurofeedback hardware. Some Cigna/Evernorth, United & Optum plans cover Neurofeedback per session. You can check with your insurance in advance using CPT code: 90901
