I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT), and I have experience in supporting those with Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use challenges, and Trauma.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults and adolescents. I also work with polyamorous/consensually non-monogamous (CNM), kinky, sex positive, and sex worker individuals, couples, and polycules.
