I often find myself working with clients who have a general feeling of being overwhelmed, lost, or confused about their lives. These feelings come from the constant changes and transitions we take as humans in our lives. As a therapist, I seek to help my clients feel comfortable, seen, understood, and empowered. I will work together with you to identify next steps and the strengths you have to achieve your goals.
I believe life consists of ongoing patterns, and what we do with these patterns can dictate so many things. Many times, as humans, we can feel stuck in patterns related to our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. It is often difficult to see any potential of change. By making a choice to work towards creating a new pattern, change can occur.
