She is knowledgeable in a wide range of techniques, including Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I work with individuals 13 and up. My approach to treatment combines the use of coping tools to manage current symptomology with exploring, processing, and gaining insight into underlying patterns and problems. To me, the most important thing is creating a strong therapeutic relationship where you can grow and heal.
