I believe that the ups and downs of life aren't meant to be experienced alone. Whether your exploring how your childhood experiences created patterns in your life that you want to understand or rewrite, or moving through current challenges in this chapter of your life, I am here to hold a safe and non-judgmental space to move through challenging times. I also work with clients that have experienced early childhood neglect and complex trauma with the use of therapeutic touch.
I enjoy tapping into the creative capacities within my clients to invite an opportunity for new perspectives and insights that light the way forward. I work with individuals, couples, and young adults with an emphasis on somatic and experiential tools that allows my clients to uncover new ways of understanding and relating to themselves and the world.
Therapy is an investment of time and energy that can support you in cleaning out what your ready to let go of and make room for a more authentic experience of who you are here to be.
