I have experience working with a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, family transitions, and difficult relationships. I believe in the centrality of the relationship between client and therapist, and work to cultivate positive, trusting relationships with everyone with whom I work. I enjoy working with schools, families, and other medical professionals to ensure that every client receives the most collaborative and highest possible level of care.
I focus first and foremost on building the therapist-client relationship. I believe in the importance of evidence-based treatment tailored to the individual client. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
Please reach out if you think I would be a good fit for you! I have current openings, both virtually and in-person, both during the day and in the evening.
