I am inspired by people's ability to grow through difficulty. I also understand that asking for help is not always easy. I am dedicated to helping people feel comfortable in therapy and to combating stigma related to addressing mental health needs. Whether you or your child experience significant life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, I am willing to listen and collaborate with you.
I especially love supporting adults who identify as people pleasers. It is common for people to feel confused about why they may be strong leaders in some contexts of their lives yet struggle to find their voice in others. I help people get to the root of this and develop skills to move in greater alignment in all areas of life.
Understanding how our experiences with race, class, gender, ability, and sexual orientation impact our lives is central to my practice. This may be the focus of treatment, or it may simply help me understand your worldview. The goal is always to create a safe environment in which all topics can be explored.
