Developing a deeper awareness of our emotional suffering creates an overall sense of well-being, allowing us to live authentically. With this deeper awareness, we understand the underlying dynamics that keep us stuck. In its very essence, inner work facilitates insight, healing, and transformation, connecting us to our innate wisdom. I work with adults, adolescents, and Highly Sensitive individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties. I am a certified Quantum Energy Healer (similar to Reiki) as well as a certified Highly Sensitive Person Practitioner (Elaine Aron's certification)
I provide a safe, nurturing environment to develop the social-emotional skills needed to navigate relationships and develop healthy coping strategies. My approach is integrative, blending depth psychology, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, relational and mindfulness-based practices.
In our work together I will help you transform self-judgment into insight; allowing you the freedom to respond to life with flexibility and authenticity. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, I will help you cultivate a sense of well-being and authentic connection with yourself.
