I enjoy working with children from toddlers to teens on a variety of issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, and relationship issues, etc. I also want to support you in the challenges of parenting. I specialize in play therapy with children and families focused on emotion regulation. I also specialize in working with teens, and adults in their 20s and 30s. I want to help you find your way during this transition, in your identity, career, intimate relationships, and emotional development. Therapy can help to guide you along this very important journey.
