I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specialized in trauma-focused treatments for adults and teens. I provide a warm and collaborative approach that helps clients develop insight into the way past experiences may be affecting them in the present. Many traumatic experiences happen in the context of a relationship and, I believe, can also find healing in the context of a safe, therapeutic relationship.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, low self-esteem, spirituality concerns, and longstanding psychological distress.
