Hello and welcome! I provide mental health counseling to individuals in Washington state, and primarily work with people around issues such as anxiety, depression, recovery from eating disorders, and life transitions. I believe that we are all capable and worthy of building and living meaningful lives - and therapy can be a catalyst in bringing us closer to living our best lives. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of those I work with, including; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). When supporting someone in eating disorder recovery, I pull from the approaches of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES).
