As a therapist, I am committed to walking the journey with my clients. Together we explore and process the elements in life that challenge them and keep them from living their best life. Taking the first steps in seeking therapy can be challenging, but through building a trusting interpersonal connection between client and therapist the rest becomes easier!
I am passionate about providing a safe space for my clients to access and utilize their internal strengths and self-essence, regardless of gender, orientation, race, religion, or love-style. I believe everyone deserves empathy and support free of judgment. I believe diversity is a beautiful thing and should be celebrated.
I have done decades of my own self-work and believe we are all on a healing journey. I have learned how to walk through, and ultimately honor my shadow/protector parts (ex. depression, addiction, suicidality, perfectionism) to fully embrace and embody my light. I hope that my personal journey of unfolding awakens and encourages others.
