I most often work with clients who are looking to improve their self-esteem, manage daily stress, work on communication, learn to set boundaries, and who are experiencing life transitions. By integrating evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach, I aim to create a safe, confidential, judgement-free environment. Within this space I provide guidance, support, and most importantly, encourage you to grow without limitations.

With over 9 years of clinical practice, I have honed my skills to be adaptable and present within my work. This allows me to adjust to the needs of my clients while encouraging, nurturing, and supporting the life improvements each individual is looking for.

Everybody's needs are different and I love finding a balance between interventions to see what best suits you, at this time. We will work together to develop an approachable plan!
