I specialize in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, anxiety and panic, depression, adjustment, and personality disorders. I draw from Dialectic Behavior, Rational Emotive, and Solution Focused therapies. I believe in a multifaceted approach that is person centered. I believe that supportive and open dialogue in the therapeutic relationship drives realization by identifying barriers and breaking through them to achieve personal goals.
I am a Master’s prepared Licensed Professional Counselor (WI) and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (WI) , with an additional Certification in Dialectic Behavior Therapy. Over the past decade, I have performed clinical duties in a variety of settings, spanning the continuum of care.
