That is where I come in, to walk beside you and make your journey the best it can be. One of the first areas people struggle in when dealing with life issues is their sleep. Unable to shut the mind down due to stress, anxiety or any other reason? Or feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, having nightmares? Everyone wants to find peace, to enjoy life and live it to its greatest potential.
I am CBT-I trained. This is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia which is proving very effective for sleep issues due to mental health reasons. I am also trained in Sand Tray therapy which I offer to both children and adults. Sand Tray can be very effective for many mental health diagnoses.
