Although it can be intimidating to begin, therapy is a great place to let your guard down and share what's really going on inside. I'll help you find your way forward, and we'll do it together. I don't want you to go through this alone.
I see individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship troubles, or trauma. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective, meaning I see your wellbeing as a collective whole that includes your physical, emotional, spiritual, & relational health. Some of the theories that I draw from include CBT, AEDP, and attachment theory.
I know reaching out may feel difficult, but it also highlights your strength as you recognize the importance of asking for help when you need it.
