As a licensed alcohol and drug counselor who specializes in substance abuse, in Tennessee, I am qualified to help you navigate your recovery journey. Your way. I have worked in the field for over 5 years, and with a trauma-informed lens and strengths-based approach, I will incorporate positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, 12 step ideology, and other therapeutic interventions into each session. I offer individual sessions as well as couple’s sessions, and case management to assist you in building a life you can be proud of. I believe in all paths to recovery, including medically assisted treatment, and I will never judge you. I am also a licensed acupuncture detoxification specialist in good standing since 2021.
