At Re-New Psychological we are of the belief that you're doing the best you can with the tools that you have. In general, we work well with life transitions/adjustments, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, identity concerns, grief/loss, career concerns, acculturation/cultural concerns. Some of our therapists have additional training and expertise in disordered eating/ body image concerns and substance use concerns.
