My theoretical approach is developmental in perspective and is rooted in psychodynamic, cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, and family system models. I have been especially effective in working with clients who have had multiple therapists without resolving the pain or behavior patterns that continue to diminish life satisfaction.
As a mother of three boys, I appreciate the challenges that families face in bringing up emotionally strong children, maintaining a fun and rewarding marriage, and developing one's self.
