As a Millennial therapist, I am committed to de-stigmatizing mental health and making the therapeutic process approachable and comfortable for you.
Sometimes we avoid our troubles and dealing with our trauma(s) because we haven’t found the right, REAL person to help us through the journey. I provide each client with a down-to-earth, genuine, and transparent experience. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Planning.
