Utilizing a collaborative, multicultural, and trauma-informed lens, I employ an integrative approach with cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic methods.
In addition to private practice, I have vast experience working in hospitals, schools, and non-profit organizations. I have helped a variety of clients across the lifespan navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, career transitions, cultural identity, grief, family conflicts, relationships, and dating. I am also trained in EMDR and offer EMDR treatment.
