My eclectic approach as a therapist includes a basis of being Trauma and Attachment informed, which means we have all been hurt, especially as children. The impact of which can impact our life today in the form of underlying thoughts, behaviors (CBT), and body (Somatics).
I use evidence-based techniques from credible sources such as Gottman and EFT with couples and families. I employ a directive approach where I strive to make everyone feel heard and empowered in the room. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, teens, children, and neurodivergent individuals.
