Together, we can explore and deepen your own understanding and relationship you have with yourself and others to better navigate through and experience a balanced and healthy living. My goal is to provide a safe and secure environment to support personal growth, deepen insight, increase perspective and give space for self-compassion and acceptance.
I predominantly work with folks that have experienced any form of trauma from the perspective of attachment science. Together we may explore the specific events and their impact, or we may focus more on the interpretation and integration as core self beliefs and barriers to self actualization. We work in partnership and lean in to face vulnerability together
